1. Products & Availability

All pieces are hand-forged and one-of-a-kind unless otherwise stated.

Once an item is sold, it is no longer immediately available and will be recreated to your specifications upon request. We make every effort to display product images and colors accurately; however, variations will occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of each piece.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are securely processed through third-party providers, including Square and, when applicable, Helcim. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

3. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability errors
• Pricing inaccuracies
• Suspected fraud

If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines and policies are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. Hand Forged Finery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry:

• Returns are limited
• Custom or altered pieces are not eligible for return

6. Jewelry Care & Responsibility

Our jewelry is crafted from materials such as copper, sterling silver, and natural gemstones. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• Natural materials vary in appearance
• Metals like copper will develop a natural patina over time
• Proper care is required to maintain appearance

We are not responsible for damage due to wear, misuse, or improper care.

All content on this site—including images, designs, logos, and text—is the property of Hand Forged Finery and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
